"I am always asking myself how I can help others to live a
connected, uplifted, thriving existence.
I believe, and have learned personally,
that Yogic practices teach us how we can embody all life has in store including "the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune";
to truly lift our conscious state and become
deeply connected to all."
Erin strives, in all her teaching, to stay rooted in the ancient, deep origins of these incredible practices that have thrived in India for thousands of years.
Erin grew up in Calgary AB, lived in New York City for 13 years and has landed in paradise aka Vancouver Canada. Through her many years of study and as one who has experienced deep loss/trauma, Erin has learned that Yogic practices are practices that can help one find healing and freedom; physically, emotionally and cognitively.
